And yet it's only the beginning.
Aerobic vs. Anaerobic
We've been duped into believing that there are two types of exercise.
Aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic is supposed to be better for you because
it means exercising with oxygen and anaerobic means without oxygen.
Have you eve wondered how you can exercise without oxygen?
The truth is... aerobic and anaerobic only refer to metabolism... the
way the body creates energy.
During your first few minutes of exercise your body uses something
called ATP (andenosine triphosphate). It's the molecule that your
muscles use for energy. There are two systems available to your cells
to produce ATP. Aerobic and anaerobic.
It works like this.
Let's say you're going to exercise by going for a walk. After a few
minutes your body uses all the ATP it has stored. At that point your
Aerobic metabolism kicks in and combines carbohydrates, fats, and
proteins along (with oxygen) to make more ATP.
If you started to jog, your heart and lungs start to work harder
because it takes more energy than walking and requires more oxygen.
Your aerobic metabolism continues to do its job because you start to
breathe harder and your heart beats faster in order to take oxygen to
your muscles faster.
Let's take this a step further and say you started sprinting. For the
first 10 seconds or so you can sustain your effort with oxygen. After
that, you can't produce ATP (energy) with oxygen fast enough. It's at
this point that your anaerobic metabolism system switches on.
It's called crossing your aerobic threshold.
Here's what it means to you.
Remember that anaerobic means without oxygen and only refers to
metabolism. Your body is creating energy by converting carbohydrates
and some fats - but without using oxygen.
So it doesn't mean you aren't using oxygen to exercise. It just means
that the energy you're harnessing for your muscles is being produced
without oxygen and you won't be able to exercise at that level for very
long.
Exercise that pushes your body to this point burns 95% carbohydrates
and around 3 % fat - (during exercise).
But we've been taught that you want to do LONG, moderately paced
exercise, which burns 45% carbohydrates and 55% fat. If the idea is to
burn more fat... and it is, this seems to make more sense.
Here's the problem.
When you move into the fat burning zone (during exercise) your brain
sends a signal to your body that it needed that fat you just burned.
What happens is, your body goes into survival mode. So you train your
body to replace the fat before the next time you exercise.
Then next time you eat, your body replaces the fat you just burned to
prepare for your next bout of long duration exercise.
It's a vicious cycle and also cannibalizes muscle in the process.
Listen carefully.
Exercise less and lose more weight
A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine pointed out that
men and women who exercised at a higher intensity, for shorter periods
of time, had lower blood pressure, lower triglycerides (bad fat in your
blood), higher good cholesterol, and less body fat.
Now here's the important part:
Rest more, exercise less to burn fat faster!
Your body burns 60% fat while RESTING! It burns 5% more fat while
simply RESTING, than if you move into your "fat burning zone" while
doing long duration exercise!

When you exercise at a HIGHER INTENSITY for short periods of time,
you burn 95% carbohydrates (during exercise). This sends a signal to
your body that you don't need extra fat and to get rid of it. Your

workout, but exercising more intensely for short periods burns more
FAT, for a longer period AFTER exercise - while resting.

Researchers at the University of Missouri found that doing short bouts
of exercise was more effective at lowering triglyceride levels in the
blood.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
